entered the coupon code when I placed the order but it was voided. What
should I do? /And can i use two coupon codes for one order?
Either the coupon has expired already, or you entered the invalid coupon code.
You can put the coupon code in the comments which is at the same page
of the billing form. We will check and apply it if it is valid, otherwise
we will email you. /Sorry, only one coupon code per item per order.
Why did my credit card authorization fail?
a. Insufficient Credit Limited.
b. Current credit card billing address is not correct.
c. Wrong card number or wrong expiration date.
d. Wrong CVV code.
e. If your billing address is a P.O. Box address, please remember to put in the extra 4 digits for your zip code.
Can I place an order over the phone?
No. To avoid unnecessary miscommunication, discrepancy and/or likely delay, Meritline does not accept any phone order, please place order through our secured online shopping system.
What is my credit card ID or CVV Code?
On the back of your credit card, last 3 digits for Visa, Master, and Discover.
For American Express, it is the 4 digits number above your credit card number
on the front side.

How can I place an order using my in store credit?
Please place
the order on line, and put the note in your comments field, "I have
$xxx in store credit from order#xxxxx, please apply." Then our CSR
who charges the order will apply the credit for you. If some reason your
in store credit is not applied this time, it will be applied to next order.
There is no expiration date for In-store Credit.NOTE: In-store Credit can't apply if you choose paypal payment method.
How do i search the item i want?

When will my backorder arrive?/ How can I find out if the products in stock?
Usually 2-3 business days, however in some case, item may need to go under custom inspection; this process may take longer than usual expected time. /We have most of the item in stock, for detail please contact Us at: order@meritline.com.

Can Meritline.com Customer Support agents physically
obtain a product and describe it to me?
Sorry, Customer Service cannot physically get a hold of a particular product
to describe it for you. We have more than one warehouse all of which customer
support is not located near. All the information we have for each item is
on our website. Please read product descriptions, specifications, and click
on image thumbnails to view large photo of the product you wish to purchase.
How can I edit my account information?
Customers will receive a confirmation e-mail from us after their order placement. In order to edit the account information, customers can simply reply the e-mail back to us at : order@meritline.com
Why didn't I receive confirmation after I placed my
order?
If you did not receive a confirmation on the order however successfully
clicked the last submit button, most likely our server received your order
but communication back to your PC was interrupted. Please DO NOT replace
the order on-line. If you do, you may end up with duplicate orders and both
would be charged. Email our customer service order@meritline.com to make
sure your order was received to be safe.
Do you have price guarantee or price-match?
No.
Can I add, change or remove items from my order after
it has been submitted?
No. Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by calling
Meritline.com customer service at 1-626-912-0668. Once our warehouses have
scanned an order, items cannot be added or deleted. Once any box from an
order is shipped, the order cannot be voided.
May I combine two separate orders to save on shipping
costs?
We do not combine orders for you. However, if you call or email us before
your orders are processed, we can cancel your orders so you can place a
single order for all the items you want. Please understand that we cannot
cancel an order once it has been scanned by our warehouse.
How can i cancel order that's already placed?
Please call 1-626-912-0668 to cancel the order before 11 AM PST, if the order has not been processed.
Can cancelled orders be reactivated?
No. Cancelled orders must be replaced in the form of a new order on our
website.
How will my refund be issued? /How long does it take to receive my refund?
Same payment method as you paid for your orders. /Around 5 - 7 business days.
If the product currently out of stock, can i pre-order?
No, there is no order button for you to place a backorder, and we can't do that either on our end.
As for the backorder, why do you charge credit cards
before shipping out merchandise?
When we charge your order, our inventory shows this item is still available;
however, on this particular day, this item was ordered a lot, therefore,
by the time the warehouse is ready to ship your order, the item is already
out of stock.

4. The item you are trying to purchase is sold out, or there is a lesser
quantity than you wish to purchase.
5. You are using a browser released prior to Internet Explorer 5.1.
If all else fails, try closing all open programs and restart your computer,
or try from a different computer.
Can I ship to a different address other than the address on my credit card?
Yes, but we strongly recommend use the same shipping address as the billing address.
